IMPORTANT NOTE: Submission of this electronic form to I.P.F.LLC(Escrow Services) Corporation represents Depositor’s expressed designation of a Beneficiary in accordance with its original Escrow Agreement with I.P.F.LLC(Escrow Services) Corporation. Upon receipt of this electronic form, I.P.F.LLC(Escrow Services) will forward a signed hard copy and invoice for services rendered to Depositor. I.P.F.LLC(Escrow Services) will also forward written notification of this enrollment to the named Beneficiary. I.P.F.LLC(Escrow Services) is not responsible for any errors, including typographical or data entry errors, which may be submitted via this form.
